Blacksmith Lake Road Maintenance Association, located in Belfair, WA is made up of 109 lot owners with the sole purpose of maintaining our community’s roadways.

We are located at Coordinates: 47.5087044°N, -122.9193167°W and at an Approximate Elevation: 436 feet (133 meters).

Blacksmith lake is not a public lake therefore there is no public access and no boat launch area.

All property owners in the Blacksmith Lake Road Maintenance Association community are responsible for the upkeep of our roadways. We do not receive funds from property taxes. All monies available for road upkeep come from our annual dues.

per Article IV – MEMBERSHIP Section 6, “Any unpaid maintenance fees after March 31 will be charged an interest fee of 12% A.P.R. for that year.”
