Per BLRMA Bylaws Article II Sec.1, lots in the right of way connecting the Blacksmith Lake Development to the Bear Creek-Dewatto Road (i.e. from Smithy Forge Ln north on both sides of Blacksmith Dr) are not part of the association, thus are not paying the dues, but BLRMA agreed to maintain this right of way.

Blacksmith lake is not a public lake therefore there is no public access and no boat launch area. Only the lot owners with the lake front have access to the lake. Anybody else accessing this lake without a homeowners permission will be reported to the local sheriff.
