Landline phone and internet is available thru Inland Networks –

The Internet is DSL (Currently, as of 7/30/20, they are advertising up to 4 Mbps down and 1Mbps up at $49.95/month when bundled with a phone with no restriction on data.) Some residents have found it allows you to stream videos from YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. and work from home, but it is little too slow for video games. No customer service on weekends and after hours.
Satellite internet is not very good here and there are sometimes issues with 911 calls not going through.
Cell phone coverage is best with Verizon or other providers using Verizon towers (Straight Talk, Total Wireless, US Mobile). If you don’t get a strong signal in your house (like the basement), you should get a cell phone signal booster that amplifies wireless signals to extend coverage.
