Greetings Lot Owners,

Pothole party for Saturday (December 7) at 9AM to get the road back in the shape before the holidays.

To encourage greater participation, a decision was made to provide tickets at the end of each party for a drawing, for a prize, to be held at the spring meeting. The prize will be $100. This can be awarded in cash or credited to the lot owner’s dues for the next year. Every person who participates in the road work will be allowed to enter for the drawing. The more often you show up for parties, the more tickets you will have in the jar in the spring. For safety purposes, children under the age of seven should not participate in pothole parties.

If you would like to participate, but can’t do a heavy lifting, you can still come and pick up trash. 

If you have machinery (tractor or backhoe with loader) we would welcome, if you could bring it. You will be reimbursed $25/hr to cover the cost of the fuel. Please let us know.

As in the past, we will assign 2-3 people with each machinery.

Bring shovels and/or rakes and meet at Pond Ct. rock pile at 9AM.
